Fluofarma's contract research services in neuroscience focus on central nervous system (CNS) disorders. We offer to validate drug targets and test neuroactive compounds through customized cell-based assays & quantitative biomarker analysis in brain tissues. Our cell-to-tissue approach delivers solid preclinical proof-of- concepts for CNS drug development.

IN VIVO NEUROSCIENCE SERVICES

To demonstrate the in vivo efficacy and mechanism of action of a neuroactive compound, Fluofarma combines functional behavioral assessments with neurobiological measurements in brain tissues. Our automated approach to brain histology enables quantitative and multiplexed biomarkers studies with subcellular resolution, either in brain tissue sections or tissue microarrays.

IN VIVO MODELS OF NEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS

According to your need, we select animal models of specific nervous system diseases, either based on animal genetic modification, pharmacological treatment, xeno- or allo- grafts strategies:
