CELL-BASED SCREENING

Fluofarma offers to screen core libraries of up to 50 000 compounds in cellular models. Each cell response is quantified at high-throughput, using automated technologies (high & live content imaging, flow cytometry, fluorometry) thus enabling accurate hit identification and ranking in the context of primary screening campaigns. In addition to our assay development services, we maintain a panel of more than 100 validated cell-based assays for immediate performance.

PREDICTIVE CELLULAR MODELS IN MICROPLATE FORMAT

Robotic liquid handling ensures reproducible experimental conditions

Robotic liquid handling ensures reproducible experimental conditions

Focused on maximizing biological relevance to better predict the future in vivo activity of drug candidates, we generate in vitro models in 96 or 384 well format for screening:

> Tissue-specific cell lines (cancer and normal cell lines)

> Primary cultures & differentiated stem cells (human and animal)

> In vitro disease models (genetic modification or pharmacological treatment)

100 READOUTS FOR MULTIPLEX PHENOTYPIC SCREENING

Based on a panel of more than 100 morphological and molecular readouts, we offer multi-parameter analyses, to maximize information within single screening runs and minimize false positives and negatives:

> Phenotypic screening for hit identification & selection

> Specificity and toxicity counter screens

> Early signaling pathways analysis

CUSTOM-DESIGNED CELLULAR SCREENING

Automated technologies, that increase throughput and assay robustness, can be combined with flexible experimental designs. From the choice of the platform up to data visualization, Fluofarma tailors any part of the screening process to suit your need:

> A multi-technology cell-based screening platform to fit different needs, including fluorometry , high-throughput flow cytometry, live content imaging, automated high-content imaging.

> Image and data analysis capabilities: development of new algorithms and customization of image analysis routine, for image segmentation, gating, and  feature extraction, suitable for screening data management (automated batch processing, data analysis and visualization, and hit compound selection).
