Fluofarma uses high-throughput flow cytometry to analyze blood samples at the single-cell level in the context of in vivo studies and clinical trials. Specialized in the multiplexed detection of cell surface and intracellular biomarkers, we develop tailor-made strategies to quantify specific biomarkers/surrogate biomarkers in blood cells. Our services enable to validate new biomarkers of drug efficacy or toxicity, assess in vivo target hitting, perform pharmacokinetic studies or stratify patients in trials.

> Blood samples from patients with specific tumors, through a partnership with a comprehensive cancer center.

Blood samples retrieved from the client or from an external source by Fluofarma are then processed in microplates for high-throughput flow cytometric analysis.
