Director of Business Development (US – East Coast)

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic person to join our Business Development team.  The right candidate, reporting to the Director of Global Business Development, will be responsible for representing and selling the company’s services and capabilities.  The candidate will be expected to perform the following duties:

Position Responsibilities

- Understand the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantage of Porsolt
- Promote and educate clients regarding Porsolt’s services
- Manage and lead business development activities within designated territories
- Create effective approaches to closing new business
- Participate in regular business meetings
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close client opportunities
- Nurture client relationships
- Appropriately manage client expectations in conjunction with the scientists


- English as mother tongue
- Prior experience in Biotech and/or Pharma industry
- Business development orientation & passion
- Willingness to travel
- Self Motivated
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Drivers licence
