High-throughput Flow Cytometry

BD Fortessa Flow Cytometer

Fluofarma has recently acquired a new high throughput flow cytometry platform that integrates the latest flow cytometry innovations. This platform enhances our flexibility as it allows the analysis of 18 parameters simultaneously, but also our sensibility as the excitation laser loss has been reduced and the fluorescent signal collection improved. The analysis capacity has also been improved as it can acquire up to 40 000 events per second.

► Functional measures using an automated 96 384-well plate flow cytometer
► Multiplexing analysis: measures up to 18 parameters simultaneously in single cells
► Large Capacity: acquisition of 40 000 events per second
► Quality: Medical laboratory compliant, daily laser alignment and PMT optimization
