4 key parameters: DNA strand breaks, proliferation inhibition,
apoptosis and cytolysis.
Step 2: Determination of a unique signature integrating potency and efficacy at different time points for each parameter.
Step 3: Profiling of your drug comparing its signature with a database of reference anticancer compounds by cluster analysis.
DCffer® method shows that the compound X has an innovative mechanism of action
whereas compounds Y and Z are respectively closed from Cisplatin and Docetaxel
mechanisms of action.
