Assays development

Kind of assays

Fluofarma has developed a panel of cell-based tests suited to automated flow cytometry analysis. These assays, based on proprietary biosensors, tagged antibodies or quantum dots, enable the measurement of more than hundred different molecular events in living cells.

All of Fluofarma's cell-based assays can be performed in multiplexed conditions, meaning that you can simultaneously monitor several parameters at the single-cell level.

Diversity of assays

Fluofarma cell-based assays allow a high diversity of measuring:

Measure of cellular and molecular events in all the cell compartments and organelles (membrane, nucleus, cytoplasm, mitochondria...)

Analysis of various types of cell lines (cancer cells, neurons, microalgae...)

Testing of any kind of compounds like chemical entities, crude extracts, gene collections or proteins

Thanks to the creativity and the strong know-how of its scientists, Fluofarma offers you custom-made assays to fulfill your research and development needs.
