Base of HCS
High Content Screening is a powerful automated cell biology method that enables the functional analysis of several molecular events simultaneously in living cells. Key parameters to identify, select and characterize innovative compounds are measured by automated 96-well plate flow cytometry, automated confocal microscopy or laser scanning cytometry.
