2D cell cultures
A wide range of cell lines
Fluofarma offers a wide range of cell lines that can be routinely used for its
portfolio of validated assays and/or for more customized studies (available
cell lines are listed in Table 1).
Primary cultures
To enhance the biological relevance of its assays, Fluofarma has adapted them
to primary cell cultures. Indeed, our off-the-shelf assays can be used with
primary cultures such as rat and human primary cultures of hepatocytes, and
rat dopaminergic or mesencephalic neuron primary cultures. All of Fluofarmas primary cultures are conducted in 96-well plates.
Use your favorite cellular models
Besides this list of routine cellular models, Fluofarma allows customers to work
with their favorite cellular model or choose one that best suits their studies.
Indeed, thanks to its expertise in cellular biology, Fluofarma can virtually
transfer any endpoints to any cellular models.
