“Off-the-shelf” software: Cytosurfer

CytoSurfer® is a ready to use image data analysis software for High Content Screening
(HCS).

CytoSurfer® efficiently bridges flow cytometry and image analysis visualizing data through
interactive multidimensional scatter plots which allow to identify and visualize subpopulations
of cells.

► In one click with Cytosurfer® you can:

Select and independently analyze different cell populations
Go back and forth between graphs and original cell images
Load plate layouts (96 or 384 wells) to regroup and analyze well replicates
Analyze data statistically and generate comprehensive reports

Please visit the CytoSurfer® website for more information and obtain a demo version.
